Motivate Your Child Action Plan Book Review

A few months ago, I reviewed a Christian Parenting book called Motivate Your Child.  Today, I'd like to introduce you to it's companion manual, Motivate Your Child Action Plan.

While both of my daughters are now adults, I have a 15 month old granddaughter.  She is a bright, happy, and headstrong little girl.  I want her to grow up and remain bright and happy -- headstrong, not so much.

It is my belief that positive action and response must begin early.  Parent without anger or fear. That's the road to successful communication.

The Action Plan as developed by Dr. Scott Turansky and Joanne Miller is brilliant in it's unique strategies and steps. It focuses on the steps that take you forward without stress and doubt.  It's the most positive approach to Christian Parenting that I have ever found.

I wish this plan had been available to me when my daughters were young. My youngest and I had many days filled with less-than-perfect attempts to solve problems and issues that affect all families.  After reading these two amazing books, I clearly see where I handled things badly.

I am blessed, however, in knowing that my girls are wonderful, beautiful Christian women who walk the straight and narrow path to the Lord.

Parents: I highly recommend both books as a guiding light to motivate your child forward into the world with strength, confidence, personal responsibility, and good moral character.

The Christian-based tools outlined in the Action Plan empowers both parent and child. These tools encourage and praise personal growth and development within the family.  This plan is easily implemented and easily understood.  For every issue that arises, there is a character-based solution.

Using Biblical wisdom and teachings, Dr. Turansky and Nurse Miller have created a motivational plan that will set your entire family on a path of respect and familial support.  Is anything more important than that?

I am sending these books to my oldest daughter, Michelle.  I know that she will implement these guidelines with her daughter.  That makes me feel comforted and truly blessed.
