Marcal Small Steps Review & Giveaway Ends 11/22/11

I'm sure your home is a lot like mine -- we use a lot of paper products! It's unavoidable, really. Paper Towels, napkins, bath tissues, facial tissue... they're necessities.

I dread to think of the number of trees sacrificed to make these products.

When it came to my attention that Marcal Small Steps was made ONLY from 100% Premium RECYCLED paper and not trees, I was thrilled!

When I received my products for review, I imagined the products might be rather stiff or rough to the touch -- I didn't expect them to be as soft as most other premium paper products. Colour me pleasantly surprised and impressed!

Let's face it, softness IS an issue. Whether it's bath or facial tissue -- you don't want rough or scratchy. Thankfully, that's not a problem with Marcal!

The napkins and paper towels are absorbent. They hold water well and don't tear. I've been very pleased.

The Small Steps® line of paper products are:

•100% recycled
•Hypoallergenic
•Virtually Lint Free
•Free of Dyes and Fragrances
•Manufactured without Chlorine Bleaching
•Inner core is made from recycled paper

Marcal's 60 Year Heritage:

Based in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, we at Marcal Manufacturing have prided ourselves as being one of the oldest environmentally friendly paper companies in the US. For 60 years Marcal® has been making paper products using recycled paper.

In 2009, Marcal Manufacturing, LLC, introduced the Marcal® Small Steps® line of 100% recycled bath tissue, towels, napkins and facial tissue for both home consumption and to distributors for commercial use. These products deliver strong performance without the typical “green premium” cost. The name Small Steps® signifies the small and easy steps toward making a difference in the world that you can make by using these recycled paper products.

For over five decades, Marcal has reducing landfill by making our paper products from recycled paper. We use paper collected from curbs in residential neighborhoods in cities and towns across America–from the small blue baskets in office buildings, unwanted junk mail, and waste from printers–all in an effort to do something good, to produce something that people need.

Marcal is an integral part of the northern New Jersey community. Our company uses recyclables from local municipalities and recycling facilities for our paper recycling process.

Marcal offers 100% Premium recycled Bath Tissue, Facial Tissue, Paper Towels, and Napkins.

Marcal Small Steps would love to connect with you on their Social Pages:

I would also like to try the napkins. I love that they are hypoallergenic because my boyfriends is severely allergic to dust mites and is always looking for more hypoallergenic products!
