NOVEMBER GOALS!

NOVEMBER GOALS:

WEIGHT:
Weigh 230 by November 30th

FITNESS:
Strength Training 3X per week
Mini-tramp 15 minutes daily
2 miles walking per day
3X Treadmill per week
