NO DEAD END!




I don't believe in Dead Ends! Not in life, anyway!


The Dead End sign is the half-way marker of my walk around the neighbourhood. When I reach it, I tap it with my hand-weights and start the homeward leg of my trip.


The past six weeks, I've been on a plateau. Seemingly a dead end. But it isn't and I know it. I just have to keep moving, keep working at it.


I not only walked this morning, I finished all of my upper body exercises requiring hand-weights. I'll be doing my resistance band exercises and mini-tramp jumping after lunch.


I feel... so motivated.


Plateau be damned -- I'm on a roll now!
