Great Northern Beans

INGREDIENTS

Great Northern Beans (Great Value, dried) 1 Package = 13 servings,

Swanson Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 can = 2 serving

Water, tap, 4 cup (32 fl oz)

Onion - Yellow - 1 med. (2 1/2 dia), sliced

DIRECTIONS

Soak beans overnight in water.
Drain beans and place in crockpot with sliced onion, broth, and water. Cook on HIGH for three (3) hours, then simmer on LOW for two (2) more hours.

Makes 6 servings.
